Delivery Areas and Deadlines :
France and French overseas departments and territories: Free delivery within 3 to 7 working days.
Other European countries: Delivery within 10 to 15 working days from €390.

Change of Address :
Once the order is in transit, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. To change the address, contact us within 24 hours of your order at: contact@semac-box.com

 

Cancellations :
Cancellations are accepted at any time before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please see our refund policy.

 

Packages Damaged During Transport :
If a package is damaged during transport, refuse it from the carrier and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without you present, contact our customer service for further instructions.

Return and Exchange Policy

At SEMAC , our priority is to offer you a better shopping experience. If your items do not fully satisfy you, you have the possibility to return the items within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Upon receipt of the order, the customer is required to carefully check the delivery.

 

Return Conditions :
• The item must be returned in its original condition: unused, undamaged, with all original tags and instructions.
• An invoice or proof of purchase must accompany the return.

Exchanges :

To obtain a replacement item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product once the return has been accepted.
